The chickens have roamed freely. The fish is delivered daily by local fishmongers. And the beef is aged to achieve the perfect taste and tenderness.
Our chefs bake the bread, cakes, and rolls themselves. We also make our own ice cream. The greens are fresh, and the sauces are made from scratch.
